Sparkle! Sparkle!

For those of you that don't really know me, I love anything that sparkles. I don't mean a fully bedazzled denim jacket from the 80s, or a handbag covered in bling to take to work. I mean shoes, chunky rings, and jewelry in general.
I love nothing more than an all black outfit and sparkly shoes. With a stellar accent ring. Something people notice amongst the black.
I tend to use this as my go to look, and always have...for as long as I can remember.
A few weeks ago when shopping for Fashion Night Out I found these shoes. They're Steve Madden. Reasonably priced. And they SPARKLE!
I love wearing them with skinny jeans and a light sweater with my other go to piece- a scarf. I tend to layer them so both scarves can be seen.
I love wearing these with an all black outfit to work.
Or a high waisted skirt and dress shirt. I work in corporate America. Fun is not how I would describe the business casual atmosphere in which I work. It's drab. Boring. And really allows for people to wake up, roll out of bed, and show up at the office. I despise that. Put in a little effort. Brighten your day by knowing you thought about your appearance. Just in case an executive passes your desk.
I honestly suggest these shoes even if it's to apple pick on a Saturday. Or to commute to the office on a Tuesday. Or to avoid sky high heels on a Thursday. They really can be worn (and strutted in) while wearing and doing anything.

Faites moi confiance, essayez!

Until next time/A bientôt

Fashion Cappuccino a dit…

Those shoes are so beautiful and has enough sparkle! There's nothing I hate more than boring uniforms at the office but sometimes I'm guilty of it because I'm too lazy or sleepy to put something together. So my work outfits are very easy all-black ensembles, haha :-)

Black is an amazing "uniform." (1) its slimming and who doesnt love slimming (s) you can pair just about anything with it. So, adding sparkle whether it be in the form of jewelry, or shoes, or a handbag make it so easy to be ready for work in no time at all. I somehow manage it in about 45 minutes. :) Thanks for stopping by!!
